We have been doing EMS Training with Stacey for a few months now and have really noticed our improved fitness levels for tennis and skiing. Stacey is friendly and motivational and makes the workout enjoyable and varied and as a result the time flies past. She is very flexible with her time and does absolutely everything to make us feel at ease and she skilfully matches the routines to our capabilities. Her enthusiasm and passion for her work is contagious. Her equipment and studio are hygienic, bright and comfortable with aircon if required. We fully recommend Stacey and plan to continue training with her for the long term.

I absolutely LOVE my EMS 20 minutes training with Stacey. I get a BUZZ (literally!) physically and mentally when I do this training. Stacey will adjust the training levels for your fitness level and increase or decrease the intensity of the electric impulses depending upon your goals. The next day you can really feel where your muscles have been worked and I saw a tightening and improved muscle definition within the first 3 sessions. This is a wonderful way to achieve noticeable results in a short amount of time. I would thoroughly recommend 20 TO SHAPE, no question!
